CORINTH — A 45-year-old man from Hartford was arrested following an incident in Corinth.
Authorities say they were notified that David Gilmore had crashed on Chelsea Road and then left the area.
During the response, police say they encountered Gilmore walking on Eagle Hollow Road.
When Gilmore was advised he was under arrest, police say he fled on foot.
Today, police located Gilmore and took him into custody.
He is facing charges of driving while suspended criminally, violation of conditions x3, and resisting arrest.
