ST. ALBANS –– I Heart Mac & Cheese has announced the grand opening of its first St. Albans location on Wednesday, September 13.
The fast-casual eatery, known for its diverse menu of macaroni and cheese bowls, grilled cheese sandwiches, and health-conscious options, will welcome customers at 133 Main Street, next to Feldman’s Bagels.
The first 25 patrons in line will be treated with a Free Mac & Cheese Bowl for a year.
Robert Leonard, a local franchise owner who also oversees the Williston branch of I Heart Mac & Cheese and owns Feldman’s Bagels, spearheads this new addition to the St. Albans culinary scene.
The burgeoning franchise, originating from South Florida, has seen rapid expansion, currently boasting over 40 locations across the U.S.
Guests at the St. Albans restaurant can anticipate a rich menu, from the Classic Mac & Cheese and Lobster & White Truffle Mac & Cheese to Vegan Grilled Cheese varieties and signature dishes like Cheesy Broccoli and Tomato Soup.
They can also customize their bowls by selecting from various bases, proteins, vegetables, cheeses, and sauces, ensuring options for gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based diets.
Founded in 2017, I Heart Mac & Cheese has gained recognition for its innovative approach to classic dishes. With 42 active restaurants and another 100 locations set to open in the coming years, the chain is establishing a strong foothold in the fast-casual dining sector across the country.
