SOMERSET — A 33-year-old man from Massachusetts was killed during an incident in Somerset on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified by Kathryn Workman, of Palmer, Massachusetts, regarding an accident that had just occurred at a campsite along Somerset Road at around 1:00 a.m.
Police say Joshua Przybycien was seriously injured.
State police responded and located Przybycien deceased under a fallen tree at the campsite.
Detectives learned that the large tree had fallen onto Przybycien and his fiancée, Ms. Workman, while foul weather had passed overhead shortly after midnight.
The investigation is ongoing, and no further information is available at this time
