NASHUA –– A Nashua man was arrested and charged with felony burglary after forcibly entering a residence and removing items from within, according to the Nashua Police Department.
Luke Dion, 28, was apprehended on September 6, after officers responded to a burglary in progress at an Abbott Street home.
A witness provided a description of the suspect seen kicking the front door of the residence until gaining entry.
A short time later, Dion was spotted in the vicinity and matched the description provided to the officers.
After viewing surveillance footage of the incident, officers positively identified Dion as the suspect.
Dion has been charged with burglary, a Class B felony.
He refused bail and was held pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District on September 7, 2023.
