MANCHESTER –– Manchester Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation at 2 a.m. on September 4, 2023, at the 790 Elm Street area.
While a shell casing was found on the sidewalk, there were no reported injuries or property damage evidence.
Police viewed surveillance footage from around the activation time.
The video showed a male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, pants, and white shoes running by.
Additionally, a vehicle was seen turning onto Merrimack Street from Elm Street.
