DORSET — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Dorset today.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 30, near Dorset West Road, at around 11:35 a.m.
Police say they made contact with both drivers who were identified as Fredrick Darwell, 87, of Dorset, and Elaine Kreel-Whitehead, 70, of Dorset.
According to the report, both vehicles were traveling north when Kreel-Whitehead began to slow and eventually stop due a vehicle ahead preparing to make a turn.
Police say Whitehead did not stop in time and collided with the rear end of Darwell.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
Police say all occupants of the vehicles were wearing their seatbelts and no injuries were reported.
