WATERBURY — A 26-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Waterbury back in August.
Authorities say they received numerous reports of an adult man providing alcohol and tobacco products to several minors on State Drive at around 4:10 p.m. on August 8.
Following an investigation, police allege that Travis Omnik, of Waterbury, had both supplied alcohol and tobacco to numerous minors and enabled the consumption of the alcohol and tobacco.
He is charged with contributing to juvenile delinquency and enabling consumption by minors.
