SAXTONS RIVER — A 50-year-old man from Bellows Falls was cited following an incident in Saxtons River.
Authorities say they were notified of a burglary that occurred overnight on Vermont Route 121 on August 1.
Police allege that Carl Record had accessed buildings on two properties and stolen items.
Yesterday, Record was located and cited to appear in court on October 17 for the charges of burglary and criminal DLS.
