WESTMINSTER –– A Connecticut man was arrested early Sunday morning on Interstate 91 after being found in violation of his court-ordered conditions.
At approximately 12:11 a.m. on August 27, a deputy conducting a highway safety detail stopped a vehicle traveling above the speed limit on Interstate 91 northbound near mile marker 29 in Westminster.
The driver, Charles L. Foster, 35, of Enfield, Connecticut, was on active court-ordered conditions from Orange County.
Foster was arrested for violating these conditions soon after the traffic stop.
Det. Sgt. M. Checchi, the investigating deputy, processed Foster at the Bellows Falls Police Department.
Foster was then ordered to be held on a $200 cash or surety bond and was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility.
