DUMMERSTON — A 65-year-old man from Putney was involved in a crash in Dummerston yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Waterman Road at around 8:40 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Randall Smith.
Police say Smith showed signs of impairment.
Smith was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for minor injuries and received a criminal citation for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was released to hospital staff.
He is scheduled to appear in court on October 31 to answer the charge.
