ESSEX — A 38-year-old man from Morrisville was arrested for DUI following an incident in Essex yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on Route 15 after observing erratic operation at around 10:15 p.m.
The driver was identified as Michael Haney.
Police allege he was driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Haney was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and transported to the Williston tate Police Field Station for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
