ADDISON — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Addison yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 22A at around 5:25 p.m.
According to the report, Brandon Boyea, 22, of Mineville, NY, briefly fell asleep while driving south prior to the crash.
Boyea awoke to see Lisa Davis, 51, of North Ferrisburgh, decelerating in front of him to turn into a residence on the east side of Vermont Route 22A.
Boyea swerved into the northbound lane to avoid Davis, crossing the center line, and colliding with her as she turned across the northbound lane into the residence.
Davis was transported to Porter Medical Center with injuries.
