GOSHEN — A 40-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Goshen yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at a home on Capen Hill Road at around 10:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kristan Mason, of Goshen, caused bodily injury to a household member and damaged that household member’s property without having any right to do so.
Mason was transported to the New Haven barracks and later released on conditions to appear in court at a later date.
