WATERBURY — A 34-year-old man from Burlington was arrested following an incident in Waterbury today.
Authorities say they were contacted regarding David Green at around 9:45 a.m.
Police allege that Green was at an apartment on Stowe Street and was refusing to leave.
Following an investigation, it was found that Green had conditions of release not to have contact with one of the residents of the apartment.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court today.
