CHESTERFIELD –– A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Twin Brook Road and Route 9 resulted in one woman being taken to the hospital Wednesday, according to the Chesterfield Police Department.
The collision involved a silver Chevy SUV traveling on Twin Brook Road towards Route 9, and a van driving east on Route 9.
The female driver of the SUV was transported to Cheshire Medical Center by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. Her identity is being withheld until family members are notified.
The male driver of the van was unharmed in the incident.
Chesterfield Police, along with Chesterfield and Spofford Fire personnel, responded to the scene of the crash.
