ANDOVER — A 32-year-old woman from Rutland was arrested following a crash in Andover today.
Authorities say they were notified of a motor vehicle crash near East Hill Road at around 6:15 a.m.
On-scene, police identified Anna L. Garrow as a passenger in the vehicle and learned that Garrow had an active warrant for her arrest.
Police say Garrow was arrested without incident and brought to Windham Criminal Court in Brattleboro for arraignment.
