CONCORD –– In a collaborative operation between the Concord Police Department and U.S. Marshals Service – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, seven individuals were arrested on Tuesday for various offenses related to child crimes and sex offender violations.
The Concord PD, leading the investigation, collaborated with multiple agencies, including the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, and police departments from Manchester, Nashua, and Greenfield.
By Tuesday evening, seven individuals were apprehended:
Rodney Moody, 53, of Concord, charged with Duty to Report (Felony) twice.
Brian Bilodeau, 63, of Concord, charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Felony) and Common Nuisance (Felony).
Jack Barton, 53, of Concord, charged with Registration of Online Identifiers (Felony) on eight counts.
Tommi Allen, 44, currently incarcerated, faces charges of Duty to Report (Felony) and Registration of Online Identifiers (Felony).
Barry White, 52, of Concord, charged with Duty to Report (Felony) and Registration of Online Identifiers (Felony).
Brad Lizotte, 58, of Londonderry, charged with Duty to Report (Felony) and a Parole Warrant by the State of NH Parole Board.
Pamela Sprizza, 45, of Salem, faces multiple felony charges including Possession of a Controlled Drug and Methamphetamine Related Crimes- Near Child.
All are set to appear at the Merrimack County Superior Court in September, except Allen and Lizotte, who have court dates later this month.
