HANCOCK — A 35-year-old man from Middlebury was cited for violation of a final relief from abuse order following an incident in Hancock on August 15.
Authorities say they were notified that Jamey Pattison was in violation of the order at around 4:10 p.m.
Police allege that Pattison was in violation of an active relief from abuse order on which he was listed as the defendant.
Pattison was cited to appear in court on October 9.
