HINESBURG — A 50-year-old man was arrested for his fourth DUI following an incident in Hinesburg.
Police say they located a vehicle parked in a lot on Stella Road with a man asleep in the driver’s seat with the vehicle running at around 1:50 a.m. on August 18.
Police say they observed several indicators of impairment and arrested the man for suspicion of DUI and criminal DLS.
He was transported to the Williston barracks for processing and released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of DUI #4, refusal, and criminal DLS.
Troopers were assisted by an officer from the Williston Police Department.
