BROWNINGTON — A 35-year-old man from Newport Center was cited for violation condition of release following an incident in Brownington yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an alleged conditions violation at a home on Center Road at around 7:00 p.m.
Police say they spoke to the complainant, who reported Dustin Morse had been at a home on Center Road in violation of court-ordered conditions of release.
After an investigation, police found that Morse had violated active conditions of release ordered by the court.
He was issued a citation to appear in court for the charge.
