CAMBRIDGE — A 47-year-old man from Colchester was cited following an incident in Cambridge on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault complaint on Williamson Road at around 8:45 p.m.
State Police made contact with the victim, who was identified as Adam Marsano, 44, of Cambridge.
Marsano reported that he was assaulted by a man later identified as Thomas O’Halloran, 47, of Colchester.
Police say O’Halloran also caused monetary damage to Marsano’s home by breaking a window prior to leaving the scene.
O’Halloran was located shortly after leaving the home, police say.
He was issued a citation to appear in court to answer the charges of simple assault and unlawful mischief.
