MORRISTOWN — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Morristown today.
Police say they stopped a vehicle on Brooklyn Street at around 11:00 a.m.
A passenger in the vehicle was found to have a warrant for his arrest issued out of Lamoille County for failing to appear.
Joshua Simpson, of Morristown, was arrested on the warrant.
Police say Simpson failed to appear in court for a DUI arrest, and multiple theft arrests.
He was released with a citation ordering him to appear at a later date
