BRATTLEBORO — A 40-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Brattleboro yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic assault at the Woodford State Park at around 7:35 p.m.
Police allege that Jonathan S. Leber, of Brattleboro, had violated his court order conditions of release.
Leber was taken into custody and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
