MERRIMACK –– A local man was arrested on August 11, 2023, after he was accused of indecent exposure at the trails in Wildcat Falls, according to Merrimack Police.
Devin Hardy, 24, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for two counts of Indecent Exposure/Lewdness. The charges stem from an incident on August 7, where Hardy allegedly exposed his genitals to passersby on the trails.
Following an investigation, Hardy was positively identified as the suspect.
He was processed and subsequently released on a $5,000 cash bail.
Hardy is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Merrimack District Court on September 12 to answer to the charges.
