SHAFTSBURY — A 38-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Shaftsbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic assault on Church Street at around 7:05 p.m.
Police allege that Latasha Burdick, of Shaftsbury, had caused physical harm to a household member.
Burdick was arrested and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
She was released on conditions and ordered to appear in court on August 17 to answer to the charges of domestic assault and cruelty to a child.
