PORTSMOUTH –– The Portsmouth Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals photographed in connection to a theft at Summer Sessions Surf Shop on Congress Street.
The theft occurred on Tuesday, July 25, around 2:00 p.m., according to police.
Officer Antonellis is handling the investigation.
