WOODFORD — A 40-year-old woman from Bennington was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Woodford today.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 9, near Little Pond Lane, at around 11:00 a.m.
The vehicle was seen in the west embankment.
According to the report, Melody Bessette was traveling west on Vermont Route 9 before she traveled outside the white fog line.
The vehicle collided with a road sign.
Police say Bessette was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash and did not sustain any injuries.
Lablanc’s Towing Service assisted with the removal of the vehicle from the scene.
