LOWELL — A 49-year-old man was cited following an incident in Lowell on July 12.
Authorities say they were notified of a burglary that occurred on Stewart Road at around 11:20 a.m.
Several items were taken, including an ATV, multiple chainsaws, and other miscellaneous power tools and property.
Police say the investigation led to a search warrant being executed on Joshua Tallman’s home at Valley View Drive.
While conducting the search warrant, stolen property was found and returned to the owner.
Tallman was cited for possession of the stolen property and in violation of his condition of release.
