BURKE — A 23-year-old man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Burke yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an intoxicated man near the area of Vermont 5A at around 10:20 p.m.
Police say they arrived shortly after and spoke to the man, identified as Jacob DeLabruere, of Burke.
Following a conversation, police learned from DeLabruere that he crashed his vehicle a few miles south of this location on West Darling Hill Road.
The vehicle was located and he was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported and processed at the St. Johnsbury barracks.
