SHREWSBURY — A 56-year-old man was arrested for 1st degree aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Shrewsbury today.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight at Lucious Acres at around 2:00 p.m.
Police allege that Gary Skidmore had been involved in a physical altercation with a family member which caused injury to said family member.
Following an investigation, police say that weeks prior to this incident a separate family fight had occurred resulting in serious injury to the same family member.
Skidmore was taken into custody and released on a citation to appear in court.
He was issued conditions of release from the court.
