BENSON — A 43-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release in Benson yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a potential conditions of release violation at around 12:30 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Jay McHugh was in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
He was located yesterday and issued a citation to appear in court on September 11.
