BRIGHTON — A 29-year-old man was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Brighton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an intoxicated man who was being disorderly within a home on Hillside Ter at around 10:00 p.m.
Police say that the man was identified as Jade Martel, of Brighton.
Martel had multiple sets of active pretrial conditions of release which he violated, police say.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Derby barracks for processing.
He was later lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility.
