GUILFORD –– A Brattleboro woman faces DUI charges following a single-vehicle crash on Aug. 4, according to the Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to a report of a crash on Green River Road in Guilford around 9:50 p.m.
Following an investigation, 43-year-old Emily E. Sweeny was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Sweeny is slated to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on Sept. 19 at 8:30 a.m.
