GEORGIA –– A 21-year-old Swanton, Vermont man is facing charges after a motorcycle crash on Ethan Allen Highway in the town of Georgia, according to Vermont State Police.
Dartanyon LaCroix was operating his motorcycle under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred on August 5, police said.
Following the incident, LaCroix was issued a citation and is set to appear before the Franklin County District Court on October 24, to respond to the charges, according to authorities.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
