READSBORO — A 39-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Readsboro on Thursday.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of an abuse prevention order on School Street at around 12:50 p.m.
Police allege that Liliana Vendertuin, of School Street, had violated an abuse prevention order by making entry into a home and made contact with a victim.
Vendertuin was arrested and brought to the State Police barracks in Shaftsbury for processing.
She was released on a citation and is scheduled to appear in court on September 25 to answer for the charge.
