BRIDPORT — A 21-year-old woman was injured during a crash in Bridport.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Vermont Route 125 at around 9:25 p.m. on August 2.
According to the report, Sylvia Vorsteveld, of Bridport, rounded a corner headed west on Vermont Route 125 too fast.
Police say she overcorrected and lost control and hit the westbound lane guardrail.
Vorsteveld flipped over the guardrail and fell down a steep embankment, striking two trees.
Police say she came to a position of uncontrolled rest overturned, with heavy damage.
She was transported to Porter Medical Center with injuries.
