WATERFORD — A 39-year-old man from St. Johnsbury was cited for excessive speeding in Waterford today.
Police say they were conducting stationary radar on Higgins Hill Road near the Gingue Family Farm at around 5:10 p.m.
A grey Honda Civic was stopped for traveling 75 miles-per-hour in a residential community.
The driver was identified as Mark Boutwell.
Boutwell was issued a criminal citation to appear in court.
