MARLBORO — A 34-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Marlboro yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic incident that occurred on Augur Hole Road at around 4:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police arrested Hugh Mansur, of Marlboro, for the offenses of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault, 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault, burglary, unlawful mischief, criminal threatening, and disturbing the peace by electronic communications.
Mansur was transported to the Westminster barracks to be processed.
He was cited to appear in court today and was held without bail at Southern State Correctional Facility.
