RUTLAND — A 28-year-old man from Middlebury was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Rutland today.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on McKinley Avenue at around 7:00 p.m.
The driver was identified as Fletcher Johnston.
During the interaction, police say Johnston displayed several indicators of impairment.
Johnston was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing.
After processing, Johnston was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
