LEICESTER — Two people were cited for disorderly conduct following an incident in Leicester.
Authorities say they were notified of a road rage incident in which a minor motor vehicle collision occurred on US Route 7 on July 15.
Police allege that David Gale, 56, of Salisbury, and Seth Decelle, 41, of Salisbury, recklessly engaged in violent and tumultuous behavior while operating their motor vehicles on a public highway.
Both Gale and Decelle were issued citations to appear in court at a later date.
