HIGHGATE — A 35-year-old man from Richford was cited for grand larceny following an incident in Highgate last year.
Authorities say they were notified of a theft that took place on Gore Road on August 16, 2022.
The caller, Matthew Rainville, 37, of Highgate, reported that his truck was taken at some point over the course of the evening.
Police say that Larry Garrow Jr. committed the crime of grand larceny.
Garrow was located at Northwest State Correctional Facility where he was cited to appear in court on August 29 to answer for the charge.
