BURKE — A 42-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Burke yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a motor vehicle crash on Victory Road at around 10:40 p.m.
Police allege the driver, identified as Jef Cullen, of Burke, had left the scene of the crash.
State Police were later able to locate Cullen.
While speaking with Cullen, police say they observed several indicators of impairment.
After further investigation, Cullen was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for further processing.
He was cited to appear in court to answer for the charge.
