SAILSBURY — A 43-year-old man from Burlington was cited for domestic assault following an incident in Sailsbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a potential assault that was occurring in the vicinity of 68 Woodpecker Avenue at around 10:25 p.m.
Police allege that Jonny Elliott had physically assaulted a household member.
Elliott was issued conditions of release and a flash citation to appear in court at the below date and time.
