LYNDON — A 46-year-old man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Lyndon early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at a home on Granite Lane at around 5:10 p.m.
Police identified one of the parties involved as Richard Orr, of Lyndon.
While speaking with Orr, police say they observed several signs of impairment.
Following an investigation, it was found that Orr operated a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
