FAIRFIELD — A 31-year-old man was cited for domestic assault following an incident in Fairfield today.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight that occurred at a home on Route 36 at around 5:30 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Ryan Clapper became physical during an altercation with an intimate partner earlier in the morning.
He was issued a flash citation to appear in court on July 5 to face the charge.
