WEST RUTLAND — A 35-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in West Rutland early yesterday morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault on Barnes Street at around 12:30 a.m.
Police allege that Tiffiny Graham, of West Rutland, had assaulted a domestic partner causing pain and injury.
Graham was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks for processing.
She was given court-ordered conditions of release and cited to appear in court to answer the charges of domestic assault and offense committed in the presence of a minor.
