BRATTLEBORO — Two people were arrested following an incident in Brattleboro on Friday.
Police say they observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a stop on the vehicle on I-91 north at around 12:40 p.m.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Melinda Morgan, 41, of Colchester, and the passenger was identified as Dale Taylor, 39, of Colchester.
Following an investigation, police say they were in possession of 1,100 glassine bags containing suspected fentanyl as well as crack/cocaine base and multiple firearms.
Both were arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
They were issued a citation and released to appear in court on August 29.
