LONDONDERRY — A 49-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Londonderry yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a burglary and violation of conditions at a home at around 7:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Jason Colburn, of Londonderry, had burglarized the home, stolen property, and violated active conditions of release.
Colburn was arrested and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing.
He was cited and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on $500 bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court today to answer the charges of burglary, violation of conditions of release, and pettit larceny.
