PUTNEY — A 27-year-old man from Westminster was arrested for DUI following an incident in Putney yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified an individual was unresponsive in a motor vehicle on West Hill Road at around 1:00 p.m.
After being cleared by the ambulance crew on-scene, police say they observed signs of impairment.
The driver was identified as Taylor Kerlin-Smith.
He was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Kerlin-Smith was released with a citation to appear in court on July 11.
