DERBY — A 47-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Derby yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release that had occurred at a home on Beebe Road at around 1:00 p.m.
Police allege that Paul Therrien, of Derby, had violated his 24-hour curfew.
Therrien was arrested and brought to the State Police barracks for processing.
He was later lodged at Northern State Corrections.
